چکیده
Abstract The genus Echinochloa constitutes some of the most prominent weed species found in rice ( Oryza sativa L.) production worldwide. taxonomy is complex due to its morphological variations. morpho-physiological diversity and taxonomic characteristics ecotypes infesting fields Texas are unknown. A total 54 collected during late-season field surveys 2015 2016 were characterized a common garden 2017. Plants for 14 traits including stem angle; color; plant height; leaf texture; flag length, width, days flowering; panicle length; biomass; seed shattering; yield; dormancy. Principal component analysis indicated that four (plant height, shattering, germination) phenological here had significantly contributed overall spp. Results showed wide inter-population measured among E. colona ecotypes, as well diverse intra-population variability all three Echinochola studied, barnyardgrass [ crus-galli (L.) P. Beauv.], junglerice Link], rough muricata (P. Beauv.) Fernald]. Taxonomical classification revealed collection consisted species, with being dominant (96%), followed by E . (2%), (2%). Correlation resistance status commonly used preemergence (clomazone, quinclorac) postemergence herbicides (propanil, quinclorac, imazethapyr, fenoxaprop-ethyl) failed show any significant association. Findings from this study provided novel insights into Texas. currently present could contribute their adaptation selection pressure imposed different management tools, emphasizing need diversified approach effectively control species.

Background: Major histocompatibility complex (MHC) is one of the best characterized genetic regions controlling immune responses against vaccines. Identifying the association between MHC haplotypes and improved immune responses would be useful in genetic breeding strategies in animals. OBJECTIVES: MHC class II B genetic diversity and its association with humoral immune responses against Newcast...

Introduction: Adiponectin is one of the most important adipose derived hormone that conflicting data are available about serum changes of adiponectin at different ages. The present study was done to determine the age related changes in serum adiponectin and its association with insulin resistance (IR) indices in aging in male rats. Methods: In this study, serum samples were obtained from male r...
متن کاملIdentification and Mechanism of Echinochloa crus-galli Resistance to Fenoxaprop-p-ethyl with respect to Physiological and Anatomical Differences
Identification and mechanism of Echinochloa crus-galli (L.) resistance to fenoxaprop-p-ethyl via physiological and anatomical differences between susceptible and resistant were investigated. The physiological and anatomical differences that were take into account were growth reduction, chlorophyll content reduction, lamina thickness, and xylem vessel diameter in both susceptible and resistant b...
